Ms. M. D. Borah, the learned Government Advocate submits that the order dated 01.04.2019 passed in WP(C) No. 1323/2017 has been complied with by considering the case of the petitioner and taking a decision that as no vacancy is available in any department, the proposal in respect of the petitioner be kept pending for consideration in the next DLC meeting as per clause 15 of the Office Memorandum dated 01.06.2015. In that view of the matter, the order is complied with.
Accordingly this contempt petition is closed.
