This is an application for impleadment of the Commissioner and Secretary of the Government of Assam, Public Work Department (NH building) as respondent No. 12, Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance Department as respondent No. 13 and Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam, Pension and Public Grievances as respondent No. 14.

I have perused the material available on records and the pleadings made. From the pleadings it is apparent that the aforesaid respondents are necessary parties for proper adjudication of the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.
