petitioner’s case was placed before the Special District Level Committee (DLC) meeting held on 30.10.2021, wherein the petitioner’s case was rejected, as there was only a single vacant Grade-IV post.
This Court has perused the Special DLC meeting minutes dated 30.10.2021 and found that the petitioner has been considered by the Special DLC and his case has been rejected.
In view of the above, the order of this Court having been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed.
