Heard Mr. M.S. Alam, learned counsel for the applicant.

This application under order 1 Rule 10[2] of the Code of Civil Procedure has filed seeking impleadment of the present incumbent in the office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest and Head of Forest Force, Assam as a party respondent no. 4 in the connected contempt application, Contempt Case [C] no. 401/2022.

It has been averred that in the connected contempt application, Contempt Case [C] no. 401/2022, the earlier incumbent of the office, Dr. [Smt.] Alka Bhargava was made party respondent no. 1. It is averred that Dr. [Smt.] Alka Bhargava has retired from the post of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest and Head of Forest Force, Assam. In the meantime, the new incumbent, Shri M.K. Yadav, has joined in the office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest and Head of Forest Force, Assam, Panjabari, Guwahati-781037. This application has filed seeking impleadment of Shri M.K. Yadav, the new incumbent in the said post, as party respondent no.4.

In view of the above averments made by Mr. Alam in this application, the prayer for impleadement of the following incumbent :
