Heard Mr. U.K. Goswami, learned counsel for the applicant.
By this application, the applicant is praying for impleadment of Sri Bharat Bhusan, Secretary, Government of Assam, Education (Secondary) Department, as party respondent No. 6 in the connected Cont. Case No. 31/2020 on the ground that earlier incumbent has been transferred out and the aforesaid incumbent has taken over the charge.
In view of the submission made, the prayer is allowed.
The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
