Mr. Bhaskar Sarma, learned APP has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner in connection with Dhakuakhana P.S. Case

No. 89/2022 vide charge-sheet no. 111/2022 dated 31.04.2022.
Having noted that the petitioner is on interim pre-arrest bail by order dated 23.06.2022, the Court is inclined to extend the interim protection for further period of 15 (fifteen) days from today, by which time, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned jurisdictional Court and apply for bail.
