Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned APP has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners in connection with Boko P.S. Case No. 1013/2021 under section 120(B)/342/325/307/294 IPC vide charge-sheet no. 26/2022 dated 31.01.2022.
Having noted that the petitioners are on interim pre-arrest bail by order dated 06.01.2022, the Court is inclined to extend the interim protection for further period of 15 (fifteen) days from today, by which time, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the learned jurisdictional Court and apply for bail.
Application stands disposed of.
