Heard Mr. D. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Mr. Bhaskar Sarma, learned APP has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners in connection with Barpeta P.S. Case No. 454/2022 vide charge-sheet no. 563/2022 dated 30.06.2022.
Having noted that the petitioners are on interim pre-arrest bail by order dated 13.06.2022, the Court is inclined to extend the interim protection for further period of 15 (fifteen) days from today, by which time, the petitioners is at liberty to approach the learned jurisdictional Court and apply for bail.
Application stands disposed of.
