29.01.2019, FIR was lodged by the petitioner against some miscreants in Boko P.S. regarding land dispute and theft of Hume pipes in Tamuldi village. It has projected that the petitioner is the Gaonburah of Tamuldi Lot, thereafter, numerous complaints were filed against the petitioner in reiteration to complaint filed by him. The Assistant Commissioner, Kamrup, Amingaon issued notice dated 13.03.2019 to the petitioner to appear before the Circle Officer, Chamaria Revenue Circle in connection with complaint submitted by persons named therein and requiring the petitioner to appear on 15.03.2019. Subsequently, notice was issued to the petitioner to appear on 26.03.2019, 03.04.2019, 09.04.2019 and 18.04.2019. This was followed by submission of an enquiry report by Assistant Commissioner, Kamrup, Amingaon on 30.04.2019. Accordingly, the Deputy Commissioner, Amingaon by order dated 16.10.2019, had suspended the petitioner as Gaonburah of Tamuldi Lot. Thereafter, the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Amingaon had forwarded four numbers of complaint against the petitioner and accordingly, the Circle Officer, Samaria submitted his report on 26.08.2020. The learned Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup, Amingaon was entrusted the task to enquire the allegations against the petitioner by a letter dated 11.12.2020 by the Deputy Commissioner and accordingly, the said Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup, Amingaon had submitted an enquiry report on 22.01.2021 with a conclusion that the petitioner may be dismissed from the post of Lot Gaonburah of Village Tamuldi and fresh advertisement be published to select a suitable person.
