This is an application for correction of an inadvertent typographical error which has crept in the order dated 27.05.2021 passed in AB 1297/2021.

In second line of paragraph 6 (page 3) of the said order, the Court had recorded that the petitioner had joined as Circle Officer in the Circle Office, Dispur, whereas the petitioner had joined as Lat Mandal in the Circle Office, Dispur. Hence, the word “Circle Officer” appearing in paragraph 6 of the order (page 3) shall now be read as “Lat Mandal” instead.
Accordingly, this order shall be read as integral part of the order dated 27.05.2021 passed in AB 1297/2021.
This I.A. stands allowed.
