Learned counsel for the Accountant General(A & E) submits that the petitioner has been granted his due pension and DC RG therefore nothing survives in this matter.
This petition was filed with a prayer for release of pensionery benefits of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the pension payment order has been issued and addressed to the treasury officer, Kamrup(M) dated 16.6.2019 for release of such pension DCRG.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, it seems nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition .
However if the petitioner is having any grievance he will be at liberty to approach this court.
Accordingly writ petition is closed being infructuous.
