This writ petition was filed with sole prayer to release of subsistence allowance during the period of suspension.
By way of an interim order dated 31.01.2015, authorities were directed to release the subsistence allowance as prayed for. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the earlier interim order dated 31.01.2015.
There shall be no order as to cost.
