Heard Mr. D. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. A. Ganguly, learned Standing Counsel, Punjab National Bank.

2. In terms of the order passed by this Court on 06.11.2020, the petitioner has deposited 25% of the due amount by way of Demand Draft to the Bank, which has been acknowledged by the Bank authorities.

3. Mr. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in terms of the undertaking submitted, the petitioner is willing to clear the entire due amount within 90 days from today.

4. Mr. Ganguly, learned Standing Counsel, Punjab National Bank, submits that it is a proposal which has been submitted to the Bank and he has not received any instruction opposing such a proposal submitted by the petitioner.

5. In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that the present petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to deposit the entire balance amount within a period of 90 days from today failing which the Bank will proceed in accordance with law.

6. It is also provided that till 90 days from today, the Bank will not take any coercive action or proceed against the petitioner.
