The present Interlocutory Application has been filed for condoning the delay of 248 days in preferring the connected writ appeal.
The reasons for the aforesaid delay have been explained in Para Nos. 3 to 6 of this Interlocutory Application.
Though the same have been objected by the learned counsel appearing for the

respondents, having considered the reasons assigned, we are satisfied that sufficient reasons have been assigned justifying the delay in filing the connected writ appeal.
Accordingly, we allow this Interlocutory Application by condoning the delay of 248 days in preferring the connected writ appeal. Let the connected writ appeal be registered and numbered and listed accordingly.
Registry to register as well as number and list the connected appeal. The present Interlocutory Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
