Heard Mr. S.C Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. D. Nath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents.
At the very outset, the learned Government Advocate by placing the Minutes of the DLC and SLC submits that the DLC and the SLC has already considered the application of the petitioner but the SLC did not recommend his case.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel which is supported by the documents placed before this Court, it appears that this writ petition has become infractuous.
Writ petition stands disposed of as infractuous.
The petitioner may challenge the Minutes of the SLC, if so advised.
Let a copy of this order be made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
