Mr. Quadir fairly submits that due to subsequent development in the case, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is stated that relief prayed for providing benefit of fixed pay has been granted to the petitioners, save and except the petitioner nos.8 and 11. On this, Mr. Nath submits that perhaps it was due to oversight but, in any case, process would be initiated for doing the needful in respect of the said petitioners also.
On the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as being rendered infructuous.
