This is an application seeking impleadment of the present incumbents holding the post of (i) Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam-cum-Chairman, State Level Selection

Committee on Compassionate Appointment, Dispur, Guwahati-6 and (ii) Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Home Department, Assam-cum-the Member Secretary, State Level Selection Committee on Compassionate Appointment, Dispur, Guwahati-6, as party respondents in the case.
Having regard to the statements and averments made in the Interlocutory Application, this Court is of the view that the present incumbents holding the posts, as indicated above, requires to be impleaded as party respondents in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the present Interlocutory Application stands allowed and the names of the incumbents shown at paragraph 5 of the Interlocutory Application are impleaded as party respondent nos.3 and 4 in the contempt petition.
Interlocutory Application stands accordingly disposed of.
