Shri TJ Baruah, learned counsel for the respondent no. 7 has submitted that the proceedings initiated by him before the Child Welfare Committee Jorhat has been withdrawn. In this regard, he has placed before this Court the order dated 23.11.2020 by which the Case No.515/2020 has been disposed of on withdrawal.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
At this stage, Shri Baruah, learned counsel submits that he has instituted the guardianship

case in the District Court, Jorhat, in which however, notice has not been able to be served.
Shri S Das, learned counsel for the petitioner may intimate his client about the said case, the next date of which is fixed on 19.12.2020.
