The grounds taken by the petitioners in the review petition pertains to certain projected anomalies, as regards some findings recorded by the learned Division Bench based on the materials available on record. We have noticed that such findings pertain to the reference cases initiated against only 2 (two) of the petitioners i.e. Md. Saiful Haque and Ad. Abdul Hannan but the same does not have any relevance whatsoever, in respect of the reference case initiated against the other petitioner, viz. Md. Rahim Uddin. If that be so, even assuming that aforesaid observation constitutes an error apparent on the face of the record, we are of the opinion that the same cannot be a valid ground for this Court to recall/review the judgement and order dated 19/09/2017 since it would also disturb the findings of fact and conclusion recorded by this Court with regard to the case of Md. Rahim Uddin which is not under challenge.
