Heard Mr. F.A. Hassan, learned counsel for the applicant. None has appeared for the respondents although the names of the learned standing counsel have been reflected in the Cause List.
By filing this Interlocutory Application, the applicant has prayed for carrying out correction of a typographical error that has crept into the order dated 04-12-2019 passed in WP(C) No. 6346/2019.
By referring to the order dated 04-12-2019, Mr. Hassan submits that the order impugned in the writ petition was dated 28-06-2018, but the date of that order has been erroneously reflected as “20.08.2016” at paragraph 7 of the order. Mr. Hassan submits that the aforesaid error calls for correction as otherwise the applicant would be deprived from the fruits of the order dated 04-12-2019.
After verification of the record, we are convinced that the error, as pointed out by Mr. Hassan, calls for correction. As such we hereby clarify that the date of the order impugned in the WP(C) No. 6346/2019 shall be read as ’28-06-2018’ instead of ’20-08-2016’.

Accordingly, two weeks’ time as granted to the petitioner by the order dated 04-12-2019, would now stand extended for a further period of two weeks with effect from today. With the above observation, this Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
