Shri R Sinha, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instruction that the order in question dated 24.05.2019, passed by this Court in WP(C) No.6167/2018 has been complied with recently and the seniority of the petitioner has been fixed. He further submits that the petitioner has also been given the benefit of promotion.
Shri A Chaliha, the learned counsel for the sole respondent is present.
In view of the aforesaid submission, there is no live cause of action for adjudication in this
petition which is accordingly closed.
