Mr. R.M. Deka, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the parties to the

proceeding have arrived at an amicable settlement of the dispute by and between them, pursuant whereto an agreement of settlement has also been signed by both the parties.
In view of the above, Mr. Deka submits that he has instruction from his client not to press this application any further.
I have also heard Mr. B. Baruah, learned counsel for the respondent, who confirms the aforesaid submission made by Mr. Deka.
In view of the above, this interlocutory application stand disposed of as not pressed.
