Mr. M.U. Mahmud, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to approach the learned Court below by making appropriate application seeking an order of temporary injunction protecting the interest of his client.
Prayer allowed.
The revision petition stands disposed of on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for.
Needless to say that if any application seeking temporary injunction is filed by the petitioner, the same may be considered by the learned Court blow on merit without being influenced by the withdrawal of this petition.
