Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.2,50,000 and the Applicant had issued no dues certificate dated 20.01.2025 and hence, the Applicant seeks for withdrawal of the T.O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.93 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.72 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
