| rst – 27 | Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.1803 of 2026 supported by affidavit for withdrawal of the T.O.A. No.168 of 2023. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been settled with the Defendants in the light of submission made in the I.A. No.1803 of 2026. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this T.O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present T.O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1803 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.168 of 2025 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
