| rst - 26 | Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.1935 of 2026 supported by affidavit for withdrawal of the O.A. No.860 of 2025. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been fully and finally settled with the Defendants and the Applicant had issued No Dues Certificate dated 22.05.2026 to the Defendants. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1935 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.860 of 2025 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
