This case is already fixed on 23.07.2026, but applicant has filed I.A. No. 765/2026 for early hearing and I.A No. 766/2026 for withdrawal of SA.
As the matter is taken up for hearing so IA no. 765/2026 stands disposed of as allowed, the earlier date fixed 23.07.2026 stands cancelled.
In this matter, SA applicant has expired and One IA no. 767/2026 has been moved for representation through his son and legal heir who is also co-owner of the property.
IA no. 767/2026 stands disposed of as allowed.
The matter has been settled between the parties. The respondent FI Jumbo Finvest India Limited has agreed to release the property against the payment and the amount as agreed between them has been paid.
Respondent FI will issue NOC after withdrawal of the SA. This SA is permitted to be withdrawn upon settlement between the parties. The flat owned by the applicant will be free from all encumbrances henceforth.
Accordingly, SA stands disposed of as withdrawn, all pending IAs also stands disposed off, if any.
