In view of the above submissions, order dated 04.05.2026 passed by the Tribunal on Interlocutory Application No. 1145/2026 for attachment of the salary account of Defendant No. 2 Ms. Teena Meena and deduction of 33% of the salary in lieu of the said loan, stands withdrawn.
