In this matter, proceedings have been taken against a dead person. Counsel for the applicant request that expenses of the proceedings may not be debited to the account of the applicant.
Counsel for the respondent FI submits that they are withdrawing all the proceedings and seeks liberty to take actions afresh.
As all the actions are taken against a dead person and the same are being withdrawn by the respondents, so nothing remains to adjudicate in this matter and SA is liable to be disposed of as infractuous.
Respondent to not debit the expenses of SA proceedings to the applicant’s account. Accordingly, SA stands disposed of as infractuous, all pending IAs also stands disposed off, if any.
