Advocate for the Applicants submit that the Applicants want to settle the matter with the Respondent and to show the bonafide, the Applicants filed Undertaking-cum-affidavit (exhibit-17) stating that the Applicant undertakes to deposit Rs.19,35,794.10/- on or before 07.03.2025 by 10:00 a.m. and further undertakes to close the account within three months from today and in case of failure, the Applicants will hand over the peaceful possession of the property to the Respondent. The undertaking given by the Applicant is accepted. |
