Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.2,31,59,600/- and the Applicant had issued Settlement Letter dated 03.10.2024 to the Defendants and their loan stands closed. Now, the Applicant does not wish to pursue with this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.2051 of 2025 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.703 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
