Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.468 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.639 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. |
