The Applicant Bank filed the present OA against Defendant for recovery of a total sum of Rs.24,41 ,327.00 ps. ( Rupees Twenty Four Lakhs Fofi seven Thousand rhree Hundred andTwentySevenOnly) wlth future rate of interest @11.40% p.a with monthly rests from 26.02.2026 till the date of rea lization.

As per the averments in the application, the Applicant Bank states that Mr. Nimmaturi Janikiramulu availed personal loan under Xpress Credit Elite Scheme of Rs.25,00,000/_ repayable in 72 equated monthly installments of Rs.48,099A p.m with interest @11.40yo p.a with monthry rests and executed personar dated 22.12.2023 in favor of the Applicant loan facility, Mr. Nimmaturi Janikiramulu of sanction, hence the applicant bank , lllua '4n

The Defendant No. 1 is liable to pay to the Applicant Bank a total sum of Rs.24,47,327.00 ps. ( Rupees Twenty Four Lakhs Forty Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty Seven Onlylwith future rate of interest @11r.40% p.afrom 26.02.2026 till the date of realization.

The Applicant Bank is entifled to proceed against the person and properties of Defendant No.1 towards realization of the debt due. The Applicant Bank is entirfled to proceed onry to the extent of estate devolved upon the Defendant No. 1 from the deceased father Late Nimmaturi Janikiramulu.

That Applicant Bank is enilfled to the costs of the OA.

The Applicant shail fire a cost memo within two weeks from the date of receipt of order.
