Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1942 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.1076 of 2025 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. |
