This MA has been filed seeking clarification of order dated 03.02.2026 passed in SA No. 569/2025 entitled AU Small Finance Bank Limited versus Bank of Baroda & Others in the light of Order dated 20-08-2025.
The proceedings in SA no. 569/2025 were disposed of in view of the judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court. The matter has to be referred to arbitration till such time, any interim orders passed by the Tribunal shall continue till matter is taken before the arbitrator for challenging these orders.
