UCO Bank has filed this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 29.10.2025, whereby the Registrar has declined to register this case on the ground that the Bank had not produced the original documents on 08.10.2025.
In the appeal, it is alleged that the documents were lying in the head office and thus, could not be produced. I am of the considered view, that the Bank has shown sufficient cause.
Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and disposed of. The Appellant Bank may produce the documents before the Registrar on any working day upto 09,02,2026, who would register the case
A copy of this order be sent to the Registrar and the Bank. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
