Indian Bank has filed this Chamber Appeal against the order dated 07.10.2025, whereby the Registrar has declined to register this case on the ground that the Bank had not produced the original documents on 24.09.2025.
In the appeal, it is alleged that the Registry had raised certain objections which was never intimated to the bank and thus, could not be produced. I am of the considered view, that the Bank has shown sufficient cause.
Accordingly, the appeal is allowed and disposed of. The Appellant Bank may produce the documents before the Registrar on any working day upto 09.02.2026, who would register the case
