application is supported by Amdavit of the applicant Sri Netai
Bala and Affidavit of the Defendant No.2, Sri Arijat Dey. During
the pendency of the S,A. the matter has been settled with the
Respondent F.I. and the Respondent F.I. is not going to
continue with the instant proceeding. Sance this as an amacable
settlement between the partaes and the Applicant intends to
withdraw the main S.A., no prejudice will be caused if the I.A. is
allowed. Accordingly, the instant I.A, is allowed and stands
disposed of as withdrawn and settled amicably.
S.A. No.952 of 2024 along with all other pending I.A.s, if any,
is disposed of as withdrawn.
File be consigned to Record Room after observing all formalrties.
