The conciliation meeting in aforesaid S. A. was held today where borrower is ready to settle the case and offered an amount of Rs.32.00 Lac as full and final settlement in both the loan accounts, out of which, 10% will be deposited by 18.12.2025 including Demand Draft of Rs.1.50 lac deposited today and received by the bank. The remaining amount of Rs.28.80 lac will be deposited by borrower/co-borrower by 10th of March, 2026 in phased manner, which the respondent-bank has accepted.
