supported by Affidavit of the applicant Mr. Sujit Kumar
Mondal. It is submitted by the Ld. Lawyer appearing on
behalf of the SA Applicant that, due to the applicant's
worst flnancial condition, he is not willing to continue the
said Securitization Application, i.e. S.A. 645 of 2024.
Since the SA applicant does not want to proceed any
further with the case, the instant I.A. is allowed and
stands disposed of being dismissed for non prosecution.
S.A. No. 645 ot 2024 along with all other pending I.A.s, if
any, is disposed of as withdrawn.
