Whereas the applicants have filed the instant 54-53/2024 in this Tribunal assailing the action initiated under the Securitisation Act by the Respondent Bank against the Applicants.

Whereas during the pendency of the case before the DRT, Jabalpur the applicant and the Respondent-Bank have mutually consented to settle the loan account. The Counsel for Applicants has filed an application for withdrawal of the case along with affidavit of Applicant no. 2 Shri Saurabh Jain, Proprietor of Applicant No-1.

Now in terms of reference made by the Counsel for the Applicants before this Lok Adalat on this 13th Day of September,2025 the Parties have mutually settled the loan account and Applicants have deposited the entire compromise amount of Rs. 14 Lakh (Rupees Fourteen Lakh only) in full and final settlement. The Counsel for Applicants prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains no grievance against the Respondent Bank. ln view of the statement made before this Lok Adalat, the 54-53/2024 is disposed of as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as per rules.

Copy of this order be provided to the concerned parties or their representatives.
