Axis Bank versus Vindhya Engineering

Whereas the applicant bank has filed the instant CA46612025 in this Tribunal for recovery of a sum of Rs. 28,04,713 (Rs Twenty-Eight Lakh Four Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen only)together with future and pendentelite interest, cost etc. against the defendants.

Whereas during the pendency of the case before the DRT, Jabalpur the applicant bank and the Defendants have mutually consented to settle the loan account. The Counsel for Applicant has filed an application for withdrawal of the case along with affidavit of Shri Satish Roy, Law Manager, Axis Bank, Jabalpur.

Now in terms of reference made by the Counsel for the Applicant before this Lok Adalat on this 13th Day of September, 2025 the Parties have mutually settled the loan account and Defendants have deposited the entire amount of Rs. 10.80 Lakh^(Rs Ten Lakh Eighty thousand only) in full and final settlement. The Counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendants. ln view of the statement made before this Lok Adalat, the OA is disposed of as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as per rules.

Copy of this order be provided to the concerned parties or their representatives.
