Whereas during the pendency of the case before the DRT, Jabalpur the applicant bank and the Defendants have mutually consented to settle the loan account. The Counsel for Applicant has filed an application for withdrawal of the case along with affidavit of Shri Vikas Kumar, Chief Manager, Bank of lndia, lndore.

have mutually settled the loan account and Defendants have deposited the entire amount of Rs. 32.50 Lakh (Rs Thirty-Two Lakh Fifty Thousand only) in full and final settlement. The Counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendants. ln view of the statement made before this Lok Adalat, the OA is disposed of as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as^per rules.
