1. The learned counsel for respondents filed pursis and
submitted that the applicants have settled their loan account
under One Time Settlement Scheme for an amount of Rs.
30,00,000/- and that the applicants have paid the entire OTS
amount and the loan account is closed. The respondent
Bank has also withdrawn all their SARFAESI proceedings
against the applicants, hence requested for disposal of this
matter.

3. In view of the amicable settlement of the loan account under
OTS Scheme, I pass the following order.
ORDER
A. The S.A. No. 43/2025 stands disposed off.
B. Pending Interlocutory Applications, if any stands disposed
off.
C. Consign the file to the Record Room.
