received. The applicant shall deposit
Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only)
today. Accordingly this Interlocutory
Application Diary No.1037/2025 has become
infructuous. Accordingly, Interlocutory
Application Diary No.1036/2025 shall be
disposed off. So also, this Securitisation
Application shall be disposed off.
5. I have heard the learned counsel for both the sides.
6. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the parties, I pass the following order. ORDER
A. The Interlocutory Application Diary No.1037/2025 stands disposed off.
B. The applicant is hereby directed to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs only) within a
month and thereafter OTS shall be moved by the applicant.
C. The respondent bank shall consider the OTS as per its policy.
D. The Interlocutory Application Diary No.1036/2025 stands disposed off.
