1. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has filed
I.A. No.1025/2025 seeking withdrawal of this S. A. The
learned counsel for applicant submits that, the purpose for
filing the Securitization Application has been fulfilled and
account has been settled, therefore the applicant wants to
withdraw the Securitization application No. 131 of 2025.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the
applicant, I pass the following order.
ORDER
A. The S.A. No. 131/2025 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
B. Pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, stands disposed
off.
C. Consign the file to the Record Room.
