	Ld. Counsel Mr. Basudev Mukherjee appears for Respondent Bank. Ld. Counsel for Applicant has moved IA/2398/2025 by put up petition IA/2397/2025 annexing the One Time Settlement (OTS) with Respondent Bank. As per the OTS, matter has been settled at Rs. 17,70,000/-, out of which Applicant paid of Rs. 3,54,000/- as an upfront on 11/04/2025 and the balance amount of Rs. 14,16,000/- has been remitted within time limit and has filed receipts vide Annexure B and prayed for withdrawl of SA and direction to Respondent Bank for return of title deeds and issuance of No Dues in favour of Applicant. Ld. Counsel for Respondent Bank submits that there is another application being no. SA/122/2019 pending between the
	parties and SA/122/2019 has to be withdrawn. It is also submitted that SA/122/2019 is connected with SA/167/2024. Applicant is directed to withdraw SA/122/2019. SA/167/2024 along with all pending IAs are withdrawn as settled between the parties. Respondent Bank is directed to issue no dues certificate to Applicant and return title deeds after withdrawl of SA/122/2019.
