Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled for a sum of Rs.15 lakhs. In view of the submissions made, the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the O.A. I.A. No.1668 of 2025 is allowed and O.A. No.75 of 2022 stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund the court fees if the Rules permit. The Registry is hereby directed to return the Original Documents to the Applicant Bank after placing certified copy of the same on the record and against proper receipt and following the due procedure as per the Rules.
