for defendant Nos. 1 to 3 and executed deed of guarantee in favour
of the Applicant Bank.

19.06.2013 in favour of the Applicant Bank. The mortgage was
created in respect of the following properties-
i) All that piece and parcel of agricultural land admeasuring 2 Hector 0 R, situated at Gat No. 681/2, at village Karpadi, Taluka Karjat, District Ahmednagar.
ii) All that piece and parcel of agricultural land admeasuring 1 Hector 38 R, along with potkharaba land admeasuring 0 hector 24 R, situated at Gat No. 678 at village Karpadi, Taluka Karjat, and District Ahmednagar.
iii) All that piece and parcel of agricultural land admeasuring 0 Hector 41 R, situated at Gat No. 691/2 at village Karpadi, Taluka Karjat, District Ahmednagar.

realization of the claim amount. However, considering the facts of the case, I am of the opinion that if future interest is granted @
9% per annum (simple), it would be just and reasonable rate of interest.
ORDER
(B) The defendants shall pay jointly and severally to the applicant Bank a sum of Rs. 29,53,623/- (Rupees Twenty Nine Lacs, Fifty Three Thousand, Six Hundred and Twenty Three only), along with future interest @ 9% per annum (simple) from the date of filing of the O. A. i.e. 17.11.2022 till full payment/realization of the amount mentioned in this operative order.
