Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.32,95,465.88 and the Defendants’ loan account stands closed and hence, the Applicant seeks for the withdrawal of the O.A. In view of the above submissions, the I.A. No.2100 of 2022 is allowed and O.A. No.31 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
